About

PUDDLESTOMPERS Afterschool Drop-Off Programs are a great way to get your kiddos out and exploring after a day at their desks! Each day, we will explore a different seasonally relevant topic (ex: Grasshoppers, Fall Leaves, Winter Birds, Signs of Spring, & more!) through hands-on exploration, active movement, outdoor play, STEM-based experiments, games, crafts, and stories. Offered in various towns throughout the Greater Boston area, our Afterschool Drop-Off Programs are designed to span all seasons and highlight what changes are happening in nature as the weather shifts. Whether it’s August sun, April showers, or January blizzards, we can’t wait to get outside and explore with you!

PLEASE NOTE: All children must be potty-trained in order to attend any PUDDLESTOMPERS Drop-Off Program.

 

  • For children ages 5-8*

    *May vary depending on location

  • Classes are between 1 and 1.5 hours, typically between the hours of 2pm and 5pm.

  • Currently offered in Weston and Needham through the Department of Parks and Recreation for both towns

  • Programs are held outdoors as much as possible, with appropriately spaced indoor options for inclement weather (please check our policies for more info). Please come prepared with sneakers and/or boots, rain gear, snow gear, layers, sunscreen, bugspray, etc.—whatever your child needs to be comfortable outdoors!

    Depending on the length of your program, you should also pack your child with a water bottle nut-free snack.

  • Wearing masks is optional but encouraged if you or your child are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. This policy is subject to change.
