To sign up for classes, PUDDLESTOMPERS requires information such as child and caregiver names, child age and gender, and contact information, as well as health information for drop-off programs. Identifying and contact information is used solely for the planning of classes and programs and will never be shared with outside parties. All information will be treated as confidential and shared only with PUDDLESTOMPERS teachers involved with your program. PUDDLESTOMPERS will use the contact information you provide to contact you with information about our programs. In some cases we will disclose nonidentifying details with other PUDDLESTOMPERS customers, such as the ages and genders of children registered for a class, so that they can determine if the class is appropriate for their child. We will only disclose personal information in the event that we believe it is necessary to comply with any applicable laws or legal processes.
